- Verifiable Phone Number: A verifiable phone number is required for account creation, verification, and for the distribution of prizes to winners. Access to the App is granted via a six-digit verification code sent to this phone number.
- Username: Users are required to create a username, which can be modified at any time within the App.
- Profile Information (Optional): Users may have the option to add their social media handles (e.g., X, Instagram), favorite NFL team, and home state to their profile. This information is provided voluntarily by the user.
- Non-Personal Data: We may collect non-personal data relating to user activity within the App, such as App usage data. This data is used to improve App functionality and user experience.

We do not collect any other personal data unless explicitly provided by you.

2.1 Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. In compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other applicable laws, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information without verified parental consent, we will promptly delete such information. To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes, and to protect our rights and the rights of our users.
To analyze non-personal data relating to App usage to improve App functionality and user experience.

In-App Advertising: We may partner directly with companies to display advertisements within the Fantasy+ App. In connection with this, we might share certain information with these partners, such as advertising identifiers, IP addresses, and aggregated usage data.

If you voluntarily provide your favorite NFL team or social media handles, this information may be used to personalize the advertisements you see within the App.

Sharing of Your Information: When prizes are provided by a sponsor, we may share the phone number of the prize winner with that specific sponsor for the sole purpose of prize fulfillment (e.g., sending a discount code or subscription information via SMS). We will only share the necessary information directly related to the prize. By participating in prize-eligible contests, you consent to this potential sharing of your phone number with the sponsoring entity for prize fulfillment.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain user data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy or as required by law. Users can delete their accounts at any time, which will result in the permanent deletion of all associated data from our servers, except where retention is required by law for legitimate business purposes.
