Our Founder: Jared Battista
Jared Battista, President of FSGC, is based in Orlando, Florida, and is a lifelong fantasy sports player who has always had his sights on working in the industry. A finance graduate of Florida State University, Jared brings a background as a corporate finance analyst to the strategic vision of Fantasy+.
Beyond the numbers and algorithms, Jared is a dedicated fan of Cleveland sports teams, cheering on the Browns, Cavaliers, and Guardians, formerly Indians. Jared and Fantasy+ are also proud members of the Fantasy Sports & Gaming Association, reflecting our commitment to the industry's growth and best practices.

Sports Betting
Generally defined as regulated gambling conducted through a sportsbook. This is typically highly regulated and requires specific licensing.

Daily Fantasy Sports (DFS)
Often considered games of skill and may or may not be regulated depending on the jurisdiction. However, some DFS products, like parlay style games, are also offered by sportsbooks and should be viewed as gambling.

Traditional Fantasy Sports
These are peer-to-peer leagues where friends compete and may play for money but the finances are generally handled separate from the app.

Our focus is on providing an engaging, skill-based game for an unlimited number of players, fostering community and competition.
P.S. As a company, we envision a future where we might offer a regulated sports betting product. However, this is a long-term aspiration due to the significant costs and, more critically, the formidable challenge of market access. Many states have highly restricted market access, sometimes allowing only a single operator. While these regulatory regimes have their benefits, which we offer no opinion on and respect each state's right to determine, this creates a closed market. This very challenge is a driving force behind the existence of Daily Fantasy Sports, which offer companies a pathway into the broader sports gaming market. Should Fantasy+ succeed in its initial years, we reasonably expect to introduce certain forms of Daily Fantasy Sports.
This would serve as a supplementary income to our advertising business, not as our sole revenue driver. This strategy would enable Fantasy+ to offer games with lower margins than competitors and lead to more customer-friendly outcomes. Additionally, we are committed to responsible gaming: we will always implement a weekly deposit limit (approximately $25) for people between the ages of 18-24 (19-24 in some states). Furthermore, from day one, Fantasy+ will provide in-app education on sports betting. We recognize that many of our customers already engage with these products and are often targeted by advertising campaigns; this education will empower them to play responsibly.
